With your trailer being 30 years old most parts are discontinued at this point so a lot of troubleshooting and redneck engineering is going to be involved. The closest I can find to a 2" x 72" door hinge for your broken door would be the 2" Wide Continuous Hinge - 6' Long - 1/4" Pin Diameter # MA54ZR.

Hinge # PLR1005 could work but you would need to use several of them. this is because this is a door hinge and a ramp will be heavier. That could be why you are having problems with the existing hinge(s); there just aren't enough to support the weight. But if you used 4 of # PLR1005 then that should support the weight. The more the better! view full answer...
The T-Strap Hinge for Side and Rear Trailer Doors - 8" Long - Steel # PLR3408 will not be ideal for a 90 degree corner as you can see the purposeful bend at the hinge on the strap end of the hinge that would limit this. A better option for that application is the T-Strap Hinge for Rear Trailer Doors - 12-3/8" Long - Steel # PLR4040, the Square Corner Hinge with Reverse Bracket - Polished Stainless Steel - 12" # PLR2212-SSP, or the Over the Seal Hinge - Narrow Bracket - Aluminum - 12" #... view full answer...
